Hello, fabulous! I'm Heather Moore, the proud owner of Desert Valley Cosmetic and Medical Tattoo. As a spoiled-dog mom residing in the beautiful city of Scottsdale, Arizona, I bring my passion for artistry and continuous learning to every aspect of my work. A true Arizona native, I pursued my education at NAU where I earned my bachelor's degree before furthering my studies at ASU to obtain a master's degree in Education. This background fuels my dedication to staying up-to-date with the latest and greatest techniques in the industry.

To ensure a solid foundation in skincare knowledge, I became a Certified Esthetician before embarking on an extensive journey to become a multi-certified Permanent Makeup Artist. Attending conferences, trainings, and becoming a Licensed Laser Tech and Paramedical Tattoo Artist have all contributed to honing my expertise. In this industry, knowledge and proper training are paramount.
